What is the time limit for a lawsuit for unfair dismissal?

The employee must file a lawsuit with the court within 60 days of the date of delivery of the termination decision. The deadline is preclusive - after it expires, the right cannot be protected. Therefore, it is important to contact a lawyer immediately.

What is mobbing and how is it proven?
