Establishment of an entrepreneurial activity by citizens of Turkey<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-030232c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"030232c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We have detailed the process of establishing an entrepreneurial business in <a href=\"https:\/\/pmadvokati.com\/en\/preduzetnik-pausalac-kako-postati-preduzetnik\/\">our previous blogs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Citizens of Turkey can establish a business in Serbia under the same conditions as citizens of Serbia.<\/p>\n<p>When registering with the Agency for Business Registers, an entrepreneur can choose one of three ways of taxation:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>1. Lump sum taxation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Flat rate taxation is a method of taxing entrepreneurs, where the monthly amount of taxes and contributions is fixed in advance and does not vary in relation to the monthly turnover of the entrepreneur.<\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneurs very often opt for this type, since it does not require keeping books, and it represents a significant saving in the form of bookkeeping services.<\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneurs who have a turnover during the calendar year of up to 6 million dinars can opt for this type of taxation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>2. Entrepreneur on payment of personal salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Self-taxation requires businesses to maintain financial records and hire an accountant.<\/p>\n<p>Companies earning between 6,000,000 RSD and 8,000,000 RSD must use this method<\/p>\n<p>All entrepreneurs with income between 6,000,000 RSD and 8,000,000 RSD are obliged to apply this method of taxation, except in the case when they decide to register for VAT.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>3. VAT registration of entrepreneurs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VAT taxation applies to businesses with an annual income exceeding 8,000,000 RSD.<\/p>\n<p>It allows businesses to recover VAT paid on goods and services required for operations.<\/p>\n<p>For LLC companies, flat-rate taxation is not an option, so they must choose between VAT registration or self-taxation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26e9af6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"26e9af6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Applying for temporary residence of Turkish citizens<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2702202 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2702202\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>After arriving in Serbia and establishing the basis for temporary residence, citizens of Turkey apply for temporary residence through the Welcome to Serbia portal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The procedure for obtaining a temporary residence permit and a work permit usually takes about a month and a half, depending on where the application for the temporary residence permit was submitted.<\/p>\n<p>For example, the waiting period is significantly longer in Belgrade compared to other cities, since there are the most requests there.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The positive side is that after submitting a request for temporary residence, a foreigner can stay in Serbia until a decision is made on the request.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-375114c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"375114c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Duration of temporary residence and work permits for citizens of Turkey<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-41a9616 elementor-widget Serbia<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64b9740 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64b9740\"
